Weekly Special: Chicken Parmesan

"This week being the week before my birthday, I decided to make one of my favorites as well as a classic - Chicken Parmesan. I start with fresh chicken breasts, season and bread them, top with our marinara sauce and then melt the mozzarella and serve over pasta. It's a wonderful meal that goes amazing with a glass of Chianti or Sangiovese . I hope you enjoy it as much as I do" - Chef Tony

Smoked Meat Special:  Smoked St Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs

"This Saturday (also because it's my birthday week) I'm smoking up one of my favorite dishes, Smoked Sausage Stuffed Pork Chops. These amazing brined and then wet rubbed chops are stuffed with my mix of hot and sweet sausage, onion, celery and peppers.  Then slow smoked with Hickory and Mesquite to bring out all the flavors. It truly is a delicious meal that pairs nicely with either a white like our Ryan Patrick Riesling or the Enchanted Cellars Cab Franc for a nice paired red wine " - Chef Tony

This dish will also come with 2 sides and our Salud Side Salad and Our House Made Bread. All this for $24.00 -  We will only be preparing 18 servings, get your orders in :)
