Join us as we make peace with 2019 and welcome 2020 with clarity and vision! During this workshop, we will reflect on what went well in 2019 as well as any conflict, guilt, anger or other negative emotions we’re holding on to. This will be a personal exercise and you are not required to share with the group. We will do some exercises to help focus on what we value and want to bring to us in 2020. Then we’ll create 2020 vision boards! You are welcome to bring your own pictures or magazines with images you may want on your vision board. At the end, you will have the ability to write a letter to your future self about what 2020 meant to you. $20 for supplies. Please contact Salud to reserve your spot with your payment.
