French & Napa -Wine Pairing Dinner

Amuse Bouche- Strawberry, Basil, Brie Bite
Paired with: JCB by Jean Charles Boisset. Brut Rosé N69 Cremant, France
A golden honey color in the bottle with a fine, sparkling perlage. A truly balanced Champagne with aromas of dried fruit and almond. Silky texture with a lively edge, this wine shows its maturity with notes of brioche but plenty of intense freshness with bursts of ripe white fruit, leaving a long-lasting finish.

Panzenella Salad
Paired with: John Legend LVE French Sparkling Rosé, France
he pink color of our LVE Rose French Sparkling is reminiscent of a vineyardpeach. With a fruity nose, blending notes of citrus and small red fruits, the bubbles are soft and pleasant. It's well-balanced with voluptuousness and hints of red currents and pomelos, complemented by a nice acidity on the finish.

Creamy corn and Burrata, Bucatini Pasta
Paired with: Raymond Vineyards Chardonnay, Napa Valley
This wine opens with intense aromas of nectarine and white peach. The palate is fresh with balanced acidity and showcases flavors of mango, melon and ripe pear. This is a crisp wine with a hint of nutty caramel on the finish.

Paired with: Raymond Vineyards Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Raymond Reserve 2020 is a full-bodied, unfiltered red wine blend of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 1% each of Malbec and Merlot with over 18 months ageing in barrel. Loaded with layers of blackberry, cassis, plums, anise, minty, espresso and smoky flavours meaty on the palate.

Chocolate bourbon pot de creme
Paired with: Chateau Buena Vista Cabernet Sauvignon, Sonoma, CA.
Expressive and lush nose of creamy berries, dark cherries, vanilla, cassis and sweet oak spices. Full body with fine, creamy tannins. Rich and full of generous creamy berries and an equally demonstrative and dense finish with excellent length.
