You'll start the evening with Assorted Cheeses and a beautiful bubblyItalian Prosecco.  We then move into the first course paired with a Pinot Grigio from the winery.  After the starter indulge in 3 more courses of some of our favorite Italian dishes, each served with 3 pours of assorted Chianti's.  You'll be able to experience the different flavor profiles of the wines and how each ones taste varies with the same dish.  Then finish this wonderful meal off with our chef's chosen dessert that will be paired with a wonderful sweeter dessert wine.   It's an evening of delicious food and wine.
